This thread has an amazing resemblance to this time last week, hopefully the game takes the same direction.

Don't jump off yet, they are capable.

We had heaps of the ball, played a lot in our half, it wasn't anything Collingwood did.

It's up to St Kilda, not Collingwood.

If we can't kick some freakin goals, then we can't possibly win.....just can't believe how poor our conversion has been.....poor kicking will cost us another flag at this rate

unless we do better then last week its over....

if we can straighten up infront of goal and stop them in the 3rd... could easily be back in it

but atm its killing us

easily could be 6 goals 3 behinds
to 6 goals 5 behinds

rather its 1 goal 8..... to 6.5.

we just need to be pro-active - I feel we were getting on top.
I think the 3rd quarter will be ours - so I have no doubt we'll be within striking distance.

This, the positive is that it's us in control of OUR destiny though, not Collingwood.

They need to want it badly enough

We need to make 4 or 5 positional changes and hope they come off. Kosi to the ruck, McEvoy out of the square, Milne or Schneider to the middle, Fisher forward are some suggestions and then we have to win the clearances. We would have to play out of skin to win this, but more of the same will not do it. The first 2 goals of the third and we are in it, if they get them then its all over.

His has to go forward. Kosi is providing nothing forward so he should go the ruck.

Geeze guys you habdball continually and to close range players. Collingwood take their chances and knock the ball to space more. This is what got us into the game last week.

1 goal in a half is woeful and without change in style we will lose embarrassingly. Not a tribute to all the fans at the game given the build up.

Comeon guys you can still do it but dont really on Colloingwood stopping this time as its warmer.

Im not calling it game over. There is a hell of a long way to go but we need to kick bloody straight and pull our f****** finger out.

That being said I think we have played worse and they (I wont even name them) have played better and I doubt they will let another 4 goal lead slip. Christ I hope so but it looks really bad at the moment

We need a bigger turn around than last week to come up this time. Our forward line is non-existant.

We've never been flashy with our goal kicking but 1-8?! Absolute joke.

Milne, Roo, Kosi. Our big three have all beEN nothing short of disappointing. Milne is non-existant, Kosi not bad in the ruck but not doing much else and Roo is being clearly beaten.
