Just a gut instinct but sensed this when Ross was asked about the possibility....reckon that either Stanley,Geary or Steven could stilll play.Unlikely... but even two of them!!

Not going to speculate who they would replace out of respect for the players but if theres any doubt..fresh legs and a new strategy will be the incentive :wink:

In Ross we trust 8-)

Steven isn't even an emergency...
Stanley is too inexperienced and we know Ross always goes for experience
Armitage hasn't actually played for 8 weeks

Geary is the only possiblitity, but Ross doesn't usually play games, so I doubt it.

I'm sure Armo suddenly appears as an emergency for a reason and that could signal a Gram out scenario, and Armo to the middle tag-teaming off the bench with Lenny..maybe my imagination.

A mate from SA reckons he heard mail that sees Stanley in for Eddy.

Not much hope of that happening IMO but there is a link between my mate & one of Rhys' junior coaches in SA.

I know it sounds like player bashing, but gee whiz i think Eddy is lucky to get a game this week, he is in the team for his tacking pressure, but was lacking even in that last week. I'd much prefer Armo in, as he's tough, but can also kick goals

I think the reason is , he is next in line. Gards out so he fills in the next emergency spot. Where he is ranked in the team according to Ross. 8-)

At least he gets to do the warmup and be part of the group.
It's a step up in the right direction from last week.
