How do you feel tonight ???
The Team is selected .... Big Ben in for Gards......
How did you feel last week same time ???
compared with how you feel tonight ie THIS WEEK ?
on the confidence barometer as it were??
I know how I feel after all the water under the bridge and the whole scenario ....
just wondering if I've got a few mates thinking along the same lines in the lead-up to the replay !!!
Cheers Sainters and all the best from possibly one of the oldest farts on here
Billy the B@r$t@r& from the Bush !!

Easto my Boy !!
Had to stay out all night last week to get a reasonable seat in the members cos I missed out in the ballot and couldn't make it to the Corner .for pre-game settlers.. I went off for a few quiet winks (instead of drinks) in the back of the truck after an ordinary night!!
But have got a reserved seat this week (albeit up in the gods) and will be at the Corner for a few pre-game heart starters this week mate and am looking forward to catching up with the rest of the regular gang!!!

LIKE WHEN GODDARD TOOK THAT MARK.
GO SAINTS
I cannot explain why ...... confident ...
(Oh and tickets last week cost my left testicle .. so hope for a one-sided SLAUGHTER by the SAINTERS this week.)

This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.

at the beginning of this week i was reasonably confident, but as time has gone on, i have gotten pessimistic once again. Especially with all the commentators still on magpies bandwagon, and saying things like we can't do that that again, that goldsack will take goddard or fisher, and hold them, and that it. hayes and goddard won't do the same thigs, dal and gram are still injured and won't step up. etc etc

Confidence has grown by the day.
Although I was disappointed to see Leon out, I'm happy with the fact that Mick Shithouse clearly wasn't happy with his 22 from last week and has dropped a forward for a defender.
This from a team that only kicked nine for the game and only two in the second half.
While Leon is a total spud, he only needs to get a five minute burst to hurt. His last couple of touches last week almost won the game for them...

My confidence last week was all bravado. I thought if they were pumping themselves up, we will go at it too.
After the demolition of Geelong I started to think I had seriously underrated the Pies. I think we have taken a mental advantage now we took what they could dish out and given it back.
I go into this game with genuine faith that we are up to the task and deserve to be starting level with the Pies. If we hold up mentally we will win.
