I got an SMS suggesting Swan had a visit to a medico, he walked in and walked out so nothing serious but maybe contributing to why he was quiet?
a niggle injury like our own NDS?
if so, hope its not fully recovered till after saturday
Anyone else heard anything like this?

Dane's heart broke after Lenny's tackle at the start of the 3rd Q - jeez I loved that!
I'm loving this - underdogs at 3 to 1, grand final experience in our favor and Pies over confident. Go Saints - I'm loading up!

Before collingwood played geelong I was with my old man -he was getting some scans done and Chris Dawes was in before us. He had a stack of scans that he took in with him. When I asked one of the people at the private hospital about it , they said most footy players get scans anytime the feel anything like a niggle.
I wouldn't take too much notice of players going into the medical centres.

Half the time I reckon they send players down there with empty X-ray envelopes just to say hi to the nurses...
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Let's hope one of his legs falls off on Saturday at about 2pm but grows back by 5.00pm.

Don't think that will stop him. Zac Dawson had it before last years GF. He still did alright, I think. Long time ago

Yeah, but it's still a possible reason as to why he was down, especially in the second half.
Taking nothing away from Farren though.

Had a scan to see if the dodgy Corn Jack was still there.
Did Ross say (when talking about Kosi's reported broken ribs) that "player's get scans for a cold these days" (but Kosi didn't bother)? I wouldn't read much in to it, probably a few of our guys getting scans too.
