Shutting Up the Pies - GF 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok , one of the highlights for my of GF1 was the loudness of the Saints fans and how anytime the Pies tried to get the Collingwood chant going ona roll like they did against the Ctas it was shut down each time with unified St Kilda clap clap clap chant.

Well done one and all. Let's make sure we do it agin for GF2!!!!

With more members of teams for GF 2 it is vital that we all do this again as crowd noise can make a difference...to the players...to umps etc...

Looking at the seat map the St Kilda Cheers Squad is in an area of about 6-7 solid Saints bays.

Importantly the Pies Cheersquad is only 4 Bays of Pies with good St Kilda Bays on either side of them. We have thenm surrounded!!!

So we need the Saints in the Bays next to Pie Cheer Squad to really fire up for GF2 with St Kilda chants any time the Pies Cheersquad tries to fire up.

My absolute favourite moment of any game I've ever been to was Goddard's mark and goal in the last quarter, and the entire M10 bay and surroundings starting to sing our song. It sent absolute shivers through me and there were people around us holding back tears.

The Saints Cheersquad end was FREAKIN' FANTASTIC!!!

I will be doing my best to yell and chant, just hope I get the voice back to full fitness in time. Recovery is the key this week.....
