Help

Post: # 999803Post Stephen Theodore »

I notice we have to produce our Social Club members card to Ticketek to pick up our G.F ticket.

I have lost my card. Does anyone out there have any solution to my problem ? Ringing the club is about the only solution I can come up with at the moment.

That's a good solution

This is a solutions based forum.

I haven't had to show my social club card when picking up my ticket from ticketek ,, just the credit card that they were paid for with.

What you'll need is the bar code numbers off the ticket though ,, that solution u may need the club to help you with.

What will be next from this club ?

Very impressed with St Kilda membership department. Rang them this morning "expecting a message "ring back Monday" but was greeted with a live voice.

Helped me out with my dilemma in a very helpful manner.

I usually book for a couple of families, some live out of town. I won't have their card but can produce the 'barcode' which I will be doing.

I have never been asked to provide the membership card, so what was the outcome for 'lost'cards?
