A wounded beast?

A good approach I think 8-) Remember Melbourne a year or two ago? having a dig at Roo before the first bounce? Cool heads and strong nerve early in the piece is the way to go!!!! Scoreboard pressure early on is another way to quell the beast?

A wounded beast?

beware of the wounded animal! the magpies and their cohorts will be similar to a wounded beast tonight; at their most dangerous levels of adrenaline and all the rest of whatever it is they run on. I'm not scared, but we need to be at the top of our game both on the field and in the stands

Riewoldt to defence?

I'm beginning to think that Patrick Smith had a point regarding NR playing at centre half back. With his marking ability and aerobic capacity he would be more than a match for the Buddy Franklins and Matthew Pavlichs. I can see him setting up quick rebounding attacks from deep in defence with his ab...

Some good advice for the Jigging Saint

 But I LOVE the jigging saint and his blind belief
It keeps my mind away from the REAL issues at our club
Dont be too precious about a bit of humour. It beats watching the team

Some good advice for the Jigging Saint

Do yourself a favour my friend. Stay away from here with your optimism, especially after the way we played yesterday. All you're doing is aggravating people with your carefree attitude. If you want to be of use then get in line and be like the rest of us and sit like dummies for the whole game and a...

Make room for Ben Cousins

LUDICROUS!!!!!! Retain our younger players and cull the following:
Fiora, Raph Clarke, Blake, Harvey,(Let the guy retire in peace) King, Accept that we may be bottom eight for a year or two but with a CLEAR vision of where we are going!!! and recruit those youngsters for the future!!

Go with the same 22 this week

If Lyon is fair dinkum about "turning things around" then I suggest he retains the 22 from the Brisbane game. Give them the chance to redeem themselves and take a step up. If another "soft" performance is the outcome of his selections then take the knife to the side and use the r...

History repeating itself? look on the "bright" sid

1998 a coach is sacked who got us to a GF and playing with flair and passion. 2008 a dud of a coach is taking us backwards toward ???? Look on the bright side; we'll get the spoon in 2010 and then narrowly miss the GF by a kick in 2014 and sack our coach in 2016 just to keep the ball rolling!!! Lets...

 This coaching panel are taking their money from us and while thats bad enough looking at results thus far, they are also taking away our HOPE  The slogan should be "One more year and no more" let this clown run his race, get some good talent from the high draft picks we will u...

Time to rebuild NOW!

The truth hurts :!: This clown we have "in charge" of our team is taking away from us the one thing that has kept us going for all these seasons: HOPE. We are now in a position of being HOPELESS pure and simple: HOPELESS in other words we have nothing to look toward as grounds for o...

Time to rebuild NOW!

Starting with being honest and accepting that the flag will elude Rob Harvey. Let the guy retire and give him a good send off before seasons end. Blood kids NOW!! If we finish low enough then recriut aggressively Trade the Clarkes and Dal Santo and get some tough nuts back in the squad. Unload Blake...

Michael Voss has to be the most two-faced person in the media. The biggest sledger in a team of thugs gets all "S.N.A.G." on us now that hes a "suit" on the box. obviously does not mind king hitting someone outside a pub and then talks about "class" GET ME A SICKBAG!!!!...
