Interesting that the Pies...just played like the Pies (ie their own game plan) and that they won in a canter.
If that wasn't the pies at full gallop what is?

Well it apparently isn't a serious injury
"He’s fine. If we had anything to hide and he was in any risk, he wouldn’t be out there at an open session with the moon boot." (Lyon)

I'll be pretty pi**ed off if he doesn't play against Brisbane.

After all the news on players reading blogs today I think it reiterates the fact that calling players duds isn't very constructive. How does (potentially) crushing a players confidence help the club? Argue constructively about his effort, position, actual clangers that he has made but trite little c...

Not at training, heard it on SEN. Is this news, or just SEN trying to make some. Hate how the club is always so secretive on this sort of stuff, creates stories where there probably isn't one.

From memory the Age had us turning over 8 players in the last two years, same as Sydney and 2 less than Geelong. Not sure this is such an important stat

I thought the interchange cam might be a handy addition to the coverage, not sure about the goal cam, other than that the coverage was CRAP. How bad were those chats with the coaches!

I agree that the 10 weeks was said in a joke, but our guy definitely said 7 in a different tone, seeing as the Saints website says 8 as well it seems a bit hopeful to say 3-4. Where is that figure coming from? Not to say I don't pray youre right plugger.

not sure he was joking, the 10 weeks was a joke, but then he reduced it to 7 as an upper bound for how long the club would need to get him back. I'd probably take that as around about the figure.

Club Physio - Roo out for 7

Club physio on SEN just said Roo would probably be out for seven weeks, but definitely less than ten. Goose - done everything right in his recovery, injury related to something inherent in his body maybe nerve input proble where he's not feeling the loads put on his foot. King - back for Collingwood...

It's a hard one, he looks like such a great footballer, seems to have the faith of a lot of higher ups, I don't know but hope he gets a shot up forward. If that fails he'll find more success at a different club, no doubt. Good luck Raph.

Richo's has strung a couple of pretty impressive games together now, looks better when not plonked in front of goal pouting. We'll win it though.

Digging up dead issues like tunelling and the GC move was a total waste of time, pathetic attempt at journalism when there are so many questions about the team that we would love to get some answers on.

Thought that was interesting as well. Its been said by so many people associated with the club that I think we have to accept that the gameplan ala Lyon is NOT a Swans rip-off. Start asking new questions - like why we seem unable to play attacking footy. Or do as dud does - roo = lier ross = the dev...
