A good footy manager is one who does whats best for his clients. Is Paul Connors good, I have no idea but just because a couple of his players havent signed as yet doesnt mean he isnt. Are players leaving him in droves. I dont think so. Are 95% of his players signed for next year. I would think so....

At least, if we do hit the bottom of the ladder circa 2013....the Gold Coast and West Sydney draft charities will be over and we will get full value for our high draft picks in rebuilding. Exactly..with Lovett and Goddard rotating through the mid and HF we have a more balanced forward 50 with only 2 of McQ, Milne and Schneid...

Really happy but would have rather seen us go for a 4th round pick on him. And I'd have bargained hard for a 2nd round deal with Lovett. um..everyone lauds Lyon for being a great coach (and rightly so) but then bags his selection of players such as Raph.
To me this shows a lack of an understanding about why we are winning. Team success is more3 important...raph is obviously doing stuff off the ball that the coaching staff rate highly.
