Good thought -we should try it  . Zac just needs to put on a Swans tracksuit and a gorilla mask.

We might get one or two, but we'll need luck and a good run with injuries.

i am just making fun of the 8 point game concept.

in case you haven't noticed ... we are in pretty good form and should win one or maybe two of our last six matches ... making our top 2 finish safe.
Don't get cocky. We aren't safely in the top 2 yet.

We're better with ball out there. I'm sure he'll be back soon.

This whole thing seems less controversial than the Dal/Milne dropping last year.

Re: Free kick against Milne??????????????????????

I think the umpires treat some players - particularly stars seen as being "clean" players - differently to the others. For example, I think Nick Riewoldt sometimes gets away with things that a Plugger or a Hall wouldn't. This isn't bias, it's a case of human beings letting assumptions get...

The blake rules! Everyone loves the Blake. It seems Ross Lyon does too, which is a good thing.

Here's hoping for 200.

Random smokey - Leigh Fisher? We could use an extra small backman to balance us up against Geelong, and he'd be the best small backman in the reserves.

My source at the club says it's a dispute over nicknames. Strange but true. The facts are: - Leigh Fisher was at the club before Sam Fisher (L Fisher drafted 2002, S Fisher drafted 2003. That meant he got the nickname "Fish". - Sam Fisher came along later, and got the nickname "Chips&...

A young Aaron Hamill.

Schneider - Roo - Hamill
Milne - Kosi

Would be a scary lot up forward.

Awesome stat - thanks Dan.

Blake's great value - a good versatile utility.

He's about to hit 150 games - that's a well-deserved milestone. It'd be great if he could stay playing for a couple more seasons to make 200.

Goodes generally polls well with the umps, Roo doesn't.

Thats a big bet there my friend lol
True, but I have a lot of faith in Roo . . . ;)

It gives us something to gripe about in thestands, so it's not all bad. Mind you, it's not like the refs hadn't already given us plenty of material.

27 to 15 inside 50's our way.

I think our forward shortfall is in the crumbing. We'vebeen betterin the second quarter, but I still want my milneyback.

We should win, though.

To add to the other criticisms, i promise you couldn't reach those totals in a few months while still maintaining the aerobic fitness needed for the afl. Player review from a delusional optimist

Player review for the season - I've included their ages because I think it's relevant in a lot of cases - most of our players should be improving, not going backwards, next year, as they're either entering their prime or still developing. Not many are on the wrong side of the curve. I've skipped roo...
