it's nice to hear.......

....a knowledgeable and thoughtful response from it seems someone inside the club. as ROSSIE stated only time will tell whether in hindsight we went the right way with this admitted recycled player focus this year. i am personally pleased to consolidate our highly competitive tilt at the premiership...

Any NEW young BLOOD make it come FINALS TIME?

i see ARMO a straight swap for BALL. and LOVETT is a shoe-in for whoever.....don't matter (re Dempster as per G.F team) i like GEARY and MCEVOY (and even MILES/STEVEN) to be getting game time and suitable replacements for any injuries (esp. KING been 'sus') but will they be there in SEPTEMBER???? i ...

who's lucky then...?

is it just me but i did expect a stronger delist list like last year? are L. FISHER and B.HOWARD and J.GWILT lucky? if they could not earn spots in last year then....? and are all these rookies from last, deserving of another go? seems unusual? is this a sign there is not much in this years draft to...

we chased O'KEEFE (SYD.) last draft. maybe, try again?
in the end, we purposely chose LYNCH with our first pick and are looking to him to fill that role,as he is clearly a true leading HALF-FORWARD.
he has physical presence of a man to play many games next year. i wonder about his fitness though?

i hear you all about the worry of GRAM on CHAPMAN but who else is available. does BAKES have the height and GRAM the legspeed on VAROCE/STOKES if that's the case? how many GILBERTS can we have in our team? we shouldn't concern ourselves as CATS have bigger task with who to match-up on MILNEY and SCH...

EDDY will hold spot now!

am i right in seeing that the EDDY listed below is our R.EDDY (from 1st eleven) and he got extra match practice as requested by the conditioning staff and he performed and kicked 6-goals! if that's the case, it will be hard to see DEMPSTER to take his place, given his role as lead-up/defensive forwa...

DEAR ROSS: DO WE NEED TO TWEAK OUR ZONE 4 WIDE WINGS OF MCG?

watched replay of MELB. game last night and noticed MELB. damaged us out wide early in game and broke thru without ever hitting our zone. we were protecting corridor only and not spread wider. is this a concern? given COLL. is taunted as the team who goes wider than most and have some leg -speed to ...

i agree. certainly seems like only these changes to our team given ROSS'S comments this week in the press. and remembering how he also said the absence of BALL'S grunt in the middle last year was crucial to our finals campaign. reading also seems to indicate GARDINER is not fully fit and we won't ri...

do you think they will be making any more changes at this stage? the preferred 22 were on the park yesterday! only horses 4 courses will bring about a change (barring injury) with MAX in. but can't see a role for him specially against Pies?!

NO CHANGE is good

DEAR ROSSIE: DO WE HAVE A PLAN B??????

come finals, a plan B is necessary and may make the difference between going all the way. i hate to say it but we may need to reshuffle the team due to early injury, poor form..... 1. IS KOSI READY TO GO IN THE RUCK? 2. CAN GILBO/DEMPSTER PROVIDE A LEADING FORWARD TARGET? 3. SHALL DAL(& MONTY FO...

"Oh, When The Saints"........... great win and let's put it into perspective. do you really think we have improved in all these above areas on last year? that's what the media (Bucks last night & Herald Sun today) feel are crucial to our stepping-up and premiership contender chances? h...
