Can we please stop the bleating. We all know that there's a set of rules for one group and a set for the rest (includes us). Time and time again you sit there and scratch you head thinking 'how did he get off' and others Footscray, Melbourne and Saints go for trivialities (like Joey). Am getting sic...

"Ray - Selwood incident Farren turned his body to protect himself." Only difference Roo did not duck his head into the contact to try and draw a free.

In most of the games I've watched this year - including Adelaide last night CHF is an after thought. IMO the long kicks, Goddard included should be taking most of their possessions centre/fwd of centre and be kicking in front of leading targets 30/40 out.

Accident or not, Johncock is in a little trouble. Negligent - tick. High Contact - Tick. Impact High - Tick. Duty of care is with the tackler not to make head high contact. Stiff (sic) yes. But he did turn his shoulder to protect himself from the impact. Not sure his record but I'll go with 2 weeks.

Speaking of training, outside the box - Has there been an impact to players spending additional 90 minutes (to/from) per training session in cars following the move to Seaford?

Great idea. Will be a nice change to see someone else mouthing FFS when we miss from 30 out unpressured or miss a target 20m away.

Soft. Too many missed/slipped/avoided tackles. Love my IQ where I can watch his 'efforts'. Another turnover merchant. Soft.

When we dropped the Tempo footy and adopted the run/run/run we looked ok. The 17 points should have been 12 goals. All is not lost.

One problem is only 10 games under the dome in 2011. 12 outside in the wind, rain and dew (cue missed target).

Too many people have spent the night smoking the weed. Can't believe what I'm reading. 4 games out of 5 outdoors showing up our poor skills and game plan. #12 should be out of the square and RL needs to drop the mark/stop/chip plan and go the way of 2011 and run/run/run. Those that can't kick, I'll ...

I understand that not everyone can be in-and-under but Gram gives the term 'outside' midfielder an new definition. Swear most of his footy tonight was played on Stanley St. Softest player in the AFL.

More to it than just attitude IMO. Gram, Ray, Peake, Clarke, Dempster lucky to hit a target 50% of the time. Too many players with poor foot skills. In today's footy = turnover = 1:1 in our defense = trouble (sorry Trouble). Also, in today's footy if its mark, stop, eyes up, stop then the next words...

Wasn't it his time last year that we looked a touch off-key against Roos, Bombers, Sydney.

Are we going through a loading up period on the training track?

Some of the guys looked stuffed very early.

The more I watch Kosi the more I'm convinced that his turning point will be achived following a consultation with OPSM (my guess corrective contact lenses L-4.25 and R-3.75).

Gets to the fall but the hand eye co-ordination is very very suspect.

Found Out

Looks like Ross will need to earn his dough and come up with a new game plan. Like the Hawks cluster in 2008, the Saints forward press zone has been worked out and teams are breaking the system with quick ball movement and long kicks into their F50 where the Saints defence looks a touch suspect. Tac...

Carr was not being tackled and could have handballed in any direction but chose to concede a behind. Bizarre decision.

Can someone who believes the decision was correct please give a scenario where a 'deliberate' free kick can be given. I'm baffled.

Using tonight's ruling, the mere fact you have possession of the footy means you are 'under pressure' and therefore can concede a point.

The decision was bizarre.

IMO - Williams is the #1 coach in the AFL. All players are well drilled in the most vital skills, i.e staging, crying to the umpires, getting away with defensive interference and disposal of the footy that would make Alfie Langer proud.
