Re: Let's Talk About the Elephant In the Room

Looks like the porcelain giraffe is a chance to play, has he got a glass jaw? Goes off easy, does he have confidence in his body?

Re: AFL vs NRL officiating

I think the most inconsistent application of the intent to prevent head traumas was perfectly illustrated with the knee to the back or RoMas head.

Significantly more head trauma is currently being allowed from legal acts in the game than illegal acts.

The only reason you would move him on is if you had an equally tall, agile forward who's ready to blossom. Enter the Hammer! And he's got some peacock about him which is what you want in a key forward, he's got the ole Dermie head bobble thing going on. Hey Vortex, if you really think Caminitti is ...

You know it makes sense

Caminiti and Sharman were rookie picks for a reason
Caminiti is 196cm and 100kg,

This isn't going to be popular but I wonder if trading Max King to bring in midfield recruits is the answer and put the development into Caminiti as out number one banana. Sometimes you have to be ruthless, Clarko did it when he first got to Hawthorn and it looks like Mitchell is doing it again at ...

Re: Let's Talk About the Elephant In the Room

In the 4th quarter I saw a lot of lowering the eyes and bullet passes to forwards working hard ans presenting to honour good work up field. When was the last time we kicked 5 goals in a quarter. Bombing to the forward line happens when the forwards aren't working as they should to create and lead in...

The best player from his era, ahead of Riewoldt, Dal, Goddard. We was our Michael Voss. I disagree that Hayes was the 'best player'. If I had to rate best player, I think early years it was Banger, later it was mainly Roo, other years Dal or BJ and some years it was Lenny. He was easily the best le...

Not sure who Stav is or where he gets his “knowledge” , but seems like a complete word salad to me. He's a track watcher, hangs with Tony74 et al. Our recruiters and list management team know they can divulge their secrets to the track watchers becaue they won't run to the internet to big note them...

Don't care what it takes or whose spot he needs to take. His game yesterday was about the best VFL performance i've seen from a player yet to debut.
I'd like to see Heath replace King, I'll be really disappointed if Sharman gets selected.

This week we had our best team in for the year and after half time things started to look more cohesive. Throw Crouch back in and we'll be better again.

Winning will fix the mood.
Nailer it.

Going to be a tough game next week. GCS have what it takes to be top 4.

Not sold on that yet
Sharman a natural player…bobbed up won the game for Sandy yesterday..
I’d like to see Sharman allowed to settle in the Membrey role instead of being punted all over the ground
Sharman is a really good VFL player.

AFL not so much.

Some really good footy played by our guys.

Probably their best quarter.

RoMa should be our next Captain.

Midfield midfield midfield It's why it might be time for Ross to be ruthless and bold and look at a possible King trade, a straight swap for a gun mid. King is built like a pretzel and I think his shoulder injury has robbed him of his aerial ability and why he struggles with aerial contests and bri...

We have to move past Sharman, as BM pointed out, he's a good VFL player but that's it. He's had plenty of opportunity at VFL level to prove he can play at the level but always struggles. He's got very limited tricks with his only strength being mark and kick, if that doesn't work for him he's unable...

The last quarter would have been what made most fans happy,

WE KICKED GOALS!

Who doesn't love goals.

Very satisfying and hopefully that last quarter is the start of something.
