I’d do it. However the players won’t accept to rot on the Gold Coast.

Re: Carlisle on trade table
Carlisle is a liability. He can mark the footy & play loose effectively however he is poor one on one & unaccountable. Happy for him to be traded.

Re: In The Knows Please
Interesting hearing such and such is on the trade table. It all comes down to interpretation. My understanding is there is only 7 regular senior players the club will not enter into any discussions for other teams. 4, 9,14,15,19, 28 and one other I think it was 44 but not 100% (maybe 26) Plus some ...

Re: Tribute to Chris Libratore
Do we know for fact Libba wanted Rozee? Or is that just speculation?? Be very surprised if the head recruiter can be overruled by Lethlean? Not even the senior coach can do that?! Sam McClure mentioned it in this pre draft article. He makes a lot of sense throughout the article but your choice to d...

Re: Offer Newnes a three year extension
Unsigned this deep into the season Newnes would be extremely nervous. He would be hoping the club offer him a one year contract or the Gold Coast give him a lifeline & sign him for two.

Re: The Battle mark
Battle reminds me of Jeremy McGovern. He’s not athletically gifted however he has the footy smarts & great hands. I hope he stays a backman.

Re: Geelong (allegedly) makes first offer for Stuv
When we are in a social justice politically correct environment. And that is law.. We can fake anything and use it as an excuse.. If Steven goes to geelong as he wanted to last year.. It's proof that we can fake anything under pc sjw ideology.. And all those who have said oh mental health you have ...

Re: BRANDON WHITE
I thought it was just ARs fault White hasn’t played? Now two coaches, let alone the line coaches and dev coaches input. Is it conceivable that he just ain’t that good? If I had to guess, I’d say his offence is ok, but his defending work is a bit of a question mark Maybe he isn’t any good or maybe h...

Re: We could win next 4 games
It will take a miracle for Adelaide to turn around their form in the space of one week. They are horrible & Pyke is standing on the edge of the plank. Despite the last two wins we are no better than them. A bit of confidence will help us. Difficult game to predict, both teams are around the same...

Re: Danny Sexton
Isn't the Director of Coaching basically an admin role? None of the coaches report to him, and he's not responsible or accountable for their performances. I thought he basically was the right-hand man for the Head Coach in a support sense. I don't think a lack of support for our coaching staff has ...

Re: Ratten and perspective ...
By his own account, Ratten didn't change anything except the forwards coach, just encouraged the players to play with confidence. So if you're still shitting on Richo, please acknowledge that you're doing it (as before) just for the sake of doing it, not because the club somehow needs your "ho...

He’s our most important player. If he’s not (yet) captain material then he should be put into the leadership group to develop that aspect of his game. We have found a beauty here.

Re: The Black Cloud Finally Lifts...
Yup, the players played with an increased amount of spirit & intensity. Richo lost the playing group & Ratts got them back. Now it’s up to both to maintain this standard. Don’t downplay the opposition, the Dogs had won 4/5 which included a win against the Cats & the only loss a 9 point l...

We won 4 of our first 6 because we had some easier games at the start, we will win a few on the way home, because we have some easier games coming up. Question Who have we lost to this season, that we should of beaten? Have we won any games we should not have? The implication here is 2018 St Kilda ...

Re: Top 5 draft picks
Assuming Rowell & Anderson are out of the picture (I don’t see us finishing bottoms 2) I’d look at the following: Brodie Kemp Dylan Williams Lachie Ash Hayden Young Caleb Serong Fairly ordinary draft with the exception of the top 2. Kemp or Williams for me, both forward-mids. Maybe Ash for his p...
