This is why we recruited Freeman - if we can ever get him on the park!

Re: List 3 Positives & 3 Negatives vs Freo
Positives: - our defence - our forwards - ability of our mids to find so much for a comeback in the last (bonus positives: Gresham getting the last goal in indigenous round + putting Freo zip and 10!) Negatives: - switched to cruise mode after the first four goals - Sinclair's 2nd year blues (Love h...

I think Gil was talking about Seb Ross and got his tongue twisted - but why she didn't pull him up on it I've no clue.

Re: Searle on Marngrook
I was a bit disappointed. No great insights. Lauren Arnell was better value last week. But then it being indigenous round - and they had Gillon McLachlan on as well - Peta didn't get that much of a look-in.

Still bemuses me that in this day and age papers are still read. I understand for old people who don't have the Net but why would you want to read news that is hours old, and in the case of international news, prolly 24 hours old? And thats without the fact of most of the news papers being full of ...

Interesting to note though that commentators are talking up Richmond's chances of making the 8 - and they're still below us on the ladder. They did beat Sydney of course...

Re: The Injury List
Yes, SR there are certainly a lot of people in the football department, but I'm not sure how many of those involved in conditioning (4?) have played at this level of the AFL week-in, week-out. My point is that it's probably a good thing to have a player involved in that space - which does indeed bod...

Unfortunately, he has a bit of form in this area. Without wishing to unleash a torrent of vitriole (because personally, I think she had a point) Kim Duthie's original complaint before releasing the nude photos was because of the way Rooey dissed her. Something along the lines of 'what's that slag do...

Re: The Injury List
I posted somewhere else how Dempster had a big hand in our offseason training regime. Obviously there's a lot of luck keeping everyone on the park but I don't think it's done any harm having a footballer involved in the conditioning program.

Re: Fremantle Round 10
Games like this are always a huge worry. If you accept the simple premise that Freo have to win some time, it follows that the longer they go on losing the more likely they are to win the next game. Except happily this is mathematically very wrong. Like thinking if you've tossed a coin and it's com...

Well, there's two sorts of booing - the panto 'chewy on yer boot' booing and the vicious 'I hate your f**ing guts" type booing. I think it's pretty easy to spot the difference - in yourself and in the person standing next to you.

Re: changes for this week
Reckon it would be a big mistake not to give the guys a chance to redeem themselves. If they don't or can't then maybe the match committee has to change it up - but got to give 'em a chance or risk sapping their confidence even more. Wonder if Eli might come in though.

Maybe a bit of a curly one - how much responsibility does Harves have for the rubbish Collingwood is churning out at the moment? Does it have any impact on how we'd feel about him coming back to coach for us down the track?

Yeah perfectionist - he took his shot as soon as the siren sounded. I reckon you guys are nuts bleating on about umpire corruption! Listen to yourselves! You really think there's a conspiracy amongst the umpires to stop the Saints from winning a game? They're just trying to do their jobs ffs. Every ...

Sinclair for Lonie
Eli for Minch - or will Roberton come straight back in if he's fit and move Gilbo up the ground?
Richo said Armitage was only taken off as a precaution so hopefully he'll play

Shouldn't like seeing a bloke cry and maybe it's just that he's exhausted but I'd like to think that - like Maxi - it's because he cares as much as we do.
