It can't always be the coaching style. How many games this year we've dominated inside 50s and failed to score or been inaccurate. We can't capitalise at crucial moments when scoreboard pressure is important.

It will never be a people club thing because its run as a business. If it was that simple every club would be hiring all their ex players into the administrative roles. The cattle on the park is what counts and we just don't have it.

You pay top dollar for guys you can build a side around or can win you a flag. Polec is a good player but a tad overrated.
