Just ordered a Cherry Ripe on line from Woolworths.
Should be delivered well within two weeks.

Very interesting.

Heard that guy Petracca had a pretty suspect attitude too. Glad we dodged that bullet.

Re: There’s a pigheadedness about Ratten I don’t like

Selection is getting reminiscent of Richos time No Carlisle despite three big forwards, yet Geary still manages to get selected. We have several better options . Kent seems an automatic pick each week. Billings has gone steadily down hill since Geelong game. Membrey looks lost. The back line on the...

Re: Carlisle

I for one hope we keep him If the rumours of trade are true his attitude must really stink as 200cm rebounding defenders that are a strong intercept mark and precise by foot don’t come around all that often. Sure hes had a couple of stinkers here and there but for the most part he has been very goo...

Re: Roughy backs King and Saints forward line

We should put him on the market now, whilst he still has currency. We may be able to get a couple of good draft picks out of the deal. We can't afford to play young Key Position players that can't kick 6-7 goals in a game, right from the start - I mean Lockett did it!

Re: Why the saints passed on Petracca. Inside story

Speculative but interesting comments from the article: In the trade period they knocked back Greater Western Sydney’s offer of picks four and seven for No. 1, with Petracca in pole position. If true.... Very likely we would have secured Paddy with #4 and had #7 as well. Also showed how strongly GWS...

Re: Why the saints passed on Petracca. Inside story

Richo swayed the club? I think that may be a bit of a rewrite. My recollection of what I read at the time is that he took a bit of convincing. In fact here's some of it: Emma Quayle from The Age 2014 Yes, I might have got this bit wrong, Freely - I was only going by the Richo quote that Ace posted ...

Re: Why the saints passed on Petracca. Inside story

In that article by our Roo (thanks for quoting, Saynta), it once again makes reference to "with the benefit of hindsite" about our reluctance to pick Petracca. This always drives me mental! At the time of the draft, we as a club unanimously agreed that we DESPERATELY needed a mid-fielder. ...

Ben Long took two huge marks on Thursday night. The big hanger is receiving all the media attention but to me the one one back with the flight was better.
