I'll put you out of your limbo and give you a few clues as to who our new coach is...

1. He played in many premierships with Hawthorn.
2. He had one of the best mullets the VFL/AFL has ever seen.

What would be dissapointing is to hear the decision was made some time ago and weve just been through a few weeks "media massaging" for Ayres to be warmed into the role. IF that was occuring ...thats a whole new problem. Agree completely with this. Had enough of that BS with Thomas a deca...

Ayres will be included in the second round of interviews on Tuesday. Who else will be in second rounds? No idea....sorry. You must find it difficult looking people in the eye and talking out of your anus at the same time. Seriously Pav, if you haven't got anything of value to add then just shut you...

We got Peake with pick 48. I reckon his stocks have risen since he came to St Kilda. I don't understand how hated/underrated this bloke is. He was one of our better players this season and will finish top ten in the B&F for sure. Both players are worth keeping and a new player isn't going to he...

not gonna happen...lol they'll use pick 16 to get mitch clark (and give a player). peake to freo and swap second round picks (our 38 for their 34) is the way to go, and the best we'd get (my picks might be a bit off???). peake for a pick wouldn't even be worth a fourth rounder... jones a third, at ...

Clinton Jones and Brett Peake plus our Round 3 selection (pick 56), for Fremantle's Round 1 selection (pick 16). This would give us much needed salary cap space and depending on how good our recruiting department is, a gun youngster. Question 1. As St Kilda supporters, would you take this deal? Ques...

When his appointment is finally made official, I hope he grows back the mullet he had in the 1980's. How cool would it be if all the Saints players followed him and we had a team full of mullets!!!!!! :D  So based on what you are saying, the entire interview process has been a sham. I could easily start calling you names as well but I won't stoop to that level. I'll ask the question again. During the season when Collingfilth are hosting Geelong, do Geelong wear their clash jumper? If the answer is "NO" because Geelong's clash jumper clashes with the filths home jumpe...

I'm not sure if you are just trying to start trouble but clash jumpers are supposed to be white not dark. So if Geelong have a dark clash they are not complying with the rule. I guess you don't just act stupid. Geelong's regular jumper is white, no need to wear their clash jumper  I could eas...

You are missing my point HSVKing. That clash jumper for Geelong does not comply so if the AFL says Geelong's home jumper clashes with the filths then they should have been forced to wear a clash jumper that complies with the rules for clash jumpers.

When Collingfilth are the home team and they play Geelong during the season, do Geelong wear a clash jumper? Does anyone know? Because if they do then they should have been forced to wear their clash jumper in the GF. Why would they??? The alternate to Geelong's jumper would make it dark. Do you ju...

Re: Why wasn't Geelong forced to wear a clash jumper in the

The f****** AFL made us wear that s*** jumper in last years GF's even though Collingfilth caused the clash by changing their back to black. Why were Geelong allowed to get away with it? In my opinion St Kilda should have 3 different jumpers. The traditional jumper as our home jumper and 2 clash jum...

Re: The 10am news bulletin on SEN today (Monday)

They reported that one of Chris Scott's ideas was that he would have to have at least 4 players in the side every week with fewer than 50 games. What a masterstroke this was. If only Lyon had employed this over the last few years. You would expect that Walsh and Stanley would be ready to go with a ...

my main reason for this is that FINALS and especially GRAND FINALS are played at the ‘G. We need our players to have as much exposure to the ground as possible. Didn't seem to bother Geelong that they play their home games away from the 'G They play more games at the MCG than us. Hell, everyone d...

Actually, now that we have received the extra funds from the AFL we probably don't need to sell 3 home games interstate. That being the case, all home games against Vic clubs to be played at the MCG and all games against interstaters at Etihad stadium. I'd be happy with that. Going by the past few ...

Nettlefold has said straight out that the Saints want to play all their home games at the MCG. Based purely on financial reasons though. In every interview he has done regarding the topic, he has mentioned how great the facilities are at Etihad, how the players love going there, how our supporters ...
