It was Crouch - Dixon has been fined $3000 for it. (I think). Yes it probably was sort of accidental - he immediately bent down to see if Crouch was ok but how an umpire didnt see it was amazing.

This rule drives me insane - the umpires have no idea of distance - same as when someone stands on the mark - the ump calls out back 2 metres - the player takes half a step back and all ok. I can remember Sam Gilbert getting penalised when the umpire didn't even call his name for not going back but ...
