It wasn't a free, it was a bounce.

If anything I would have thought defenders were already limited in terms of what they're allowed to do vs any other player on the ground.

Kosi is better suited sitting at FF or not playing at all. Even Blake was a far better option filling in for McEvoy.

I've got no problem with that. I have a lot of high hopes for Siposs. He said when he resigned this year that he wants to be a one club player. Given he only just started, it sounds like he'll be driven to achieve with the Saints. Future captain.

Whichever way you view this year in particular, in camparison to the 100+ years of history this club has, the last decade and a half has been an immensley succesful era. Never understood why he was ever put into the backline. Apparently he's played down back before, but simply from watching his NAB cup games, you could tell he was hopeless in defence. Up forward, well, he was brilliant in the Melboune game. Haven't seen him up there since until now!
