Why are we dropping Mini this week? I thought his tackling and pressuring was solid agree and he made good decisions with the ball. . disagree. 30m out from goal after a mark on an easy angle...and he goes backwards to someone outside 50m? That is a sign of a guy with zero confidence. Kicks high an...

Defence seems to be a contensious area: Geelong: Johnson, chapman, Pods, Mooney, Burns, Stokes, Johnson - Baker( if he plays if not Dempster) Pods - Blake Mooney - Dawson Stokes - Gilbert Chapman - Fisher B...

Re: Interesting Brownlow Votes last time we played Hawthorn

Clearances will be the key and marks Inside 50. The funny thing about clearances this year is that we win more when we lose them and lose more when we win them. So the key would seem to be getting Hawthorn first use of the footy. we got smashed last week in all the kpi's .can't see it happening 2 w...

Team selection has already cost this team 1 premiership, looks like it's happening all over again. How on earth Dempster gets a game is beyond me. Kosi, McQualter, Dawson and Peake are also very lucky to be playing this week. interesting comment who would you have replace those players you mentione...

Identify the player best suited to play that key forward role, give him time to assume that role and rebuild the forward structure around him. agree stanley should have got the job from the get go imo .only one change to the team .would have kept the structure and the players would have had continu...

Re: Midfield the issue.....

For mine we can blame Kosi and fwds all night long and defenders too but midfield was deplorable tonight and lets face it we are 1 paced. Bombers will play the same style as carlton - fast, play on at all times and try and stop us from setting up...the difference is their midfield aint as good as Ca...

Re: This boring structure and game plan will cost us members

I mean we have played it since 2007, so I am sure our membership must have gone down since 2007 levels if the people on radio are correct. Now let me see. Damn dont know what membership is for 2007 or 2008 bit for 2009 it was just over 32,000. Sure the Saints members have voted with their feet and ...

Re: Who makes way for Kosi?

Just wondering who everyone thinks will come out of the team to make way for Kosi? Peake was pretty quiet this week but do we sacrifice a runner? Clarke's just come back in the team after a few good weeks in the VFL so i'd think he'd be given time possibly? the only change this week imo is king out...

must say im suprised thought macca has been playing pretty well .does more than king around the ground .also might find that gardiner will spend a bit of time up forward to try and stretch pies defence imo.
