Was side on to the incident in Bay 36 - couldn't believe how quick McPhee sprinted to the contest, there was certainly intent based on the speed he attacked Gilbert with. If he was going for the ball he would have been side-stepped at the speed he went in at. Funny how accurate the player remonstrat...

Saw the last half today - these were my observations Kosi - looked to play the full 2nd half sharing between ruck and forward. Rucked fairly with some ok tap work against Bellchambers who has plenty of size. Took a strong mark in last that lead to a goal but was never a standout. Walsh - continues t...

Isn't one of the major knocks on Lynch is that he dosen't have a left foot? And when he uses his right its very prounounced scupltured kicking action. Not sure in heavy traffic if he has good options at present. Lynch is still presenting each week at Sandy. My observations would be he keeps his feet...

I'm not concerned given hes being played as a ruckman - they take time and his build is still well short of what we require. The Essendon game showed that in several marking contests. He has great pace for a big man and can boot a long goal, kicked one last week in the VFL. I'm more concerned with H...

There was a chase down attempt on Yarran in the 1st half that showed he can move. Kicking is a lock. Natural spring. Certainly has potential and not too concerned about possessions in AFL Game 1. Only have to look at Armo to see how one can develop with 30 odd games experience. Just waiting for comm...

Wasn't Scarlett one week away from having his carry forward points reduced or nullified? That would be KARMA bigtime if he went for weeks. To say it was a 'Dog Act' is placing way too much emphasis on the fact these Acts are isolated incidents. As outlined, Scarlo has history. IMHO just 'Dog' suits ...

I agree with Stinger - in summary of the 2 GF's we were outplayed. In GF2 totally. Utterly. No excuses apart from lack of midfield and hardness was exposed. Just a quick look at inside 50's in both GF's tells a leading tale. I'd call Gf1 a classic result but not a classic game. I'll forget GF2 as an...

Brave Dogs never giving up? I must have been at a different game last nite. Maybe thats the problem why they underperform year after year. Their supporters even go along with it If you watched their structures closely last night they fell away terribly, the lack of defensive forward early was laugha...

Had paragraph depth of being written by a 9yo. Western Bulldogs must now rebuild - der Fred ! Thats probably right with Johhno gone, Eagleton gawn, Harbrow off to Suns, a 34yo full forward and fringe depth players Everitt and Hill seeking greener grass. Better he talks about So You Think winning Und...

Has Eade checked the story yet ?? Seems like he is going in with his eyes closed. But to be fair their whole season has been hope n pray the NAB Cup form comes back! THAT roar still haunts me days on - yes the goal was disallowed and all turned out fine but it was a sickening experience to go through for any Saints fan. It was the longest quarter ever to sit through. Ever. You could just feel the tidal wave of momentum against us but we couldn't stem the tide. T...

Coach seemed impressed - finals usually have a dominant fast player that contributes e.g - Pickett in 04, Gram 09. Peake has a habit of running at 45 degrees when he gets the ball. At Etihad it gets him into trouble as it forces him wider. At MCG he has greater space out wide and does not get hemmed...
