I am very disapointed and feel that the club has not done the right thing by Baker. To only contest one of those charges is ridiculous. What they should have done is appealed three out of the four charges. Obviously StKilda would have lost the appeal but then they can take it straight to the courts....

His side just copped their suspensions on the chin. He's an opposition coach. No doubt the journo latched onto certain comments. What the F else would he say? Come on... Maybe saying that he can't comment would have been more appropriate. Just don't like opposition coaches weighing into this sort o...

In my opinion they have to contest the hand slap. SJ was not in the hands of the trainers and is therefore deemed to be fit. Nothing to answer for.

I would have contested three out of the four. The only one I thought not worth challenging was the 'punch' to SJ's chin

This has to be taken further. I am not one for involving the courts in sporting decisions such as this but enough is enough. The club has a responsibility to Baker and its members to fight this injustice. I am absolutely sick of this club being made a scapegoat.

Great post. I totally agree with what you have said. I am very proud of the club and what they have been able to accomlish so far this year with all that they have had to face . Fingers crossed there are still bigger and better things to come this year.

Was in the audience last night and Nick was fantastic. I thought he handled himself extremely well and received a fantastic round of applause when he first walked into the studio. You can just sense that he will do everything he can to get back as soon as possible.
