Gee that would be huge for us if true.

Chapman will be a massive out for them.

He's been very damaging the last few times we've played them.

Re: Cometh the hour, cometh the man

22 rounds of practise is done, it all starts tonight. 22 players have a chance individually and collectively to go down in the pages of time with greatness bestowed upon them. While the strength of the chain is determined by the weakest link the indiviudal performances can compensate for those weak...

I would be shocked if Mini is out. Although not as good as last season he is an important piece in the puzzle and was also good against the cats last time we played. Not many others can play his role. As another poster mentioned he sacrifices his own game in many cases - for the sake of the team. M...

Chapman's hammie to audibly snap. Ablett to twist his ankle in the warm up. Nasty and all, but f*** it. Oh, and Mooney to spray a gimme 30m wide of the behind post. Neard of the expression bite you on the bum. Lets beat them and neither side get injuries. Mooney can miss though. I'm not a superstit...

I want to see someone unexpectedly emerge into a decisive game breaker... (e.g.McEvoy) Not only would it help us win the game but provide a massive confidence boost for the finals campaign for the player and the team that someone else is able to stand up to carry the team... Can't wait for the game...

What I'd love to see on Friday night......

Several times this year we have kept teams to very low 2nd half scores (Including the Cats) and sometimes goalless. On the other hand our first halves have not always been great. I'd love to see us turn that 2nd half performance against the cats on in the first half this week. Scoreline at half time...

I'd love to see it, but we'd be stripped of all our premiership points plus the 1966 flag. However I hope Bakes and the whole team find a way to stick it to Dimwit in September. St Kilda wins flag, Baker wins Norm Smith medal and earns record suspension ... something like that. I would absolutely L...

This election has swung on seats in Queensland and western Sydney where the dominant issue has been "Stop the boats". These are the regions which gave Pauline Hanson her authority. Victoria has swung to Labor, showing a maturity our fellow Australians in Queensland and western Sydney have...

I don't want to beat them by 1 point... I want to smash the pricks 8-) me too.....but i will settle for one point.......that's still one of the greatest features of our 66 flag.....a win is a win is a win.... Re: Bit worried about the pies

I don't like the way collingwood is playing such dominant football at the moment. Geelong and the Bulldogs don't worry me so much - I think we can win on our day. I hate to say it, but the filth remind me of Essendon in 2000 . Everyone in the forward line kicks 2 or 3. Every new comer seems to fit ...

I wouldn't want us to touch laidley or williams. Would be a big mistake. Williams has done SFA since 04 and ladileys just done SFA full stop. They've had their turn and they seem strong characters. There personalities would be detrimental to our club. We need to improve our coaching team with guys l...

Honestly, I got the impression from Roo that the playing group is really starting to doubt themselves. While he emphasised that the playing group still believes they are a big chance to win the flag, I didn't get the impression that he really believed it. Maybe if he'd said that playing group 'know...

I think the ongoing appearance of a Magpie bloke lurking around here is especially weird. That's what I reckon. Agree and even more prevalent when they are winning. I especially like the way he tries not to give us s*** and always keeps the conversation neutral and even tries not to talk about 'us'...
