The club should seriously look at employing X, Raph and Gilbert as directors of an indigenous youth academy. Disgrace that with all this bulldust about international recruiting that no club has explored doing something like this - would be an awesome development.

Put Gilbert McAdam and the Clarke brothers in charge and look seriously at ways of bringing the likes of Amos Frank to St Kilda.
