Re: Heathens
Cultural cringe genre was popular then, along with satire, irony posing as a social documentary. Movie art school types reveling in the art of ugly bogans being shown to their peers. I was a little snob then too, but i was too lazy and not talented to make a movie about it. Compassion and humanness...

Re: The running men.
I live in a shoebox next to a drain. It's a bit squeezy but there is water nearby. I have a pet ant and a horse. The ant is more suited to this life. It works for me. Shoebox? ...luxury! We lived for three months in paper bag in septic tank, We used to have to get up at six in the morning, clean th...

Re: Moorabbin Wing and Saintly Hymns
Ffs, this whole “Saintly hymns” thing gives me the major irrits! The young beardy bloke from Saints TV podcast seems like a decent enough chap but ffs fella stop trying to make it something formal or official or whatever. It’s a fringe activity, best performed by fringe types with belly loads of boo...

Re: Dreadful game at the G
Any other teams wouldn't get the numbers at the ground or on TV. Of course Brayshaw has to talk it up, he's getting paid for the propaganda. He's like Stanley Tucci's character in The Hunger Games What garbage, you don't think StKilda v Geelong ANZAC would get 85k …had it been ANZAC day 2010, comin...

…of where we’re at as a club than Ratts coming out on the front foot in his presser and basically declaring a new contract for Jack Hayes. What a way to turn a horrible negative into a massive positive. You could see Jacks smile post game that they’d been in his ear too. The Saints are absolutely fl...

Re: Training 24/3
Went to training this morning and I was impressed with the energy by the players. Zac Jones was running laps which was a great sight. Also doing laps were Billings, Clark and Hannebery. Everyone else in full training with the senior players in black though I only counted 19 or 20 Standouts from wha...

Re: Zak, where art thou?
If this is true, then I'm not sure if it helps for the club to paint it with the mental health brush.
If it's not, and I doubt it is (but it could be I guess?), then surely a little light on the subject would at least stop the rumour mill and put the matter to bed?

Zak, where art thou?
I know I'll get shouted down for this but FFS Zak Jones, where are you? What could possibly be so wrong that you can't get on the park to play the game that so handsomely rewards you? I heard your brother on the radio this afternoon stating that while you were "tracking well" or something,...

If the team is from last nights 26 man squad, I reckon it'd look more like this... Wilkie Howard Paton Webster Battle Sinclair Hill Gresham McKenzie Butler Membrey Wood Higgins King Sharman Marshall Steele Ross Crouch, Byrnes, Hayes, NWM I wouldnt be surprised to see Hanners come in and maybe Ryder ...

Saints evolution: St Kilda president Andrew Bassat on why supporters should have belief in club’s future Struggling for form, St Kilda fell away early last season but at no stage did the Saints lose faith in Brett Ratten’s direction. Club president Andrew Bassat explains why. St Kilda president Andr...

It made sense when you'd post these and actually paste the article, but it's kinda weird that you now post with only the link. You do know it's protected by a pay wall dont you? ...and if a St Kilda supporter has bothered to subscribe to the Hun, they'd surely have read anything on it vaguely relat...

We should do WHATEVER it takes to keep ALL of the guys who played last night together. Add to them the likes of Battle, Allison. Bytel, Clark, Coff, Gresh, Hanners, Higgo, Paton, Sharman, Heath, Wood, Clav and Joyce (YES, Wood, Clav and Joyce). Do WHATEVER it takes to keep Billings and Dunstan. Keep...

Re: If we had a pre-game song
FFS!!! That is close to the worst thing I’ve ever heard. The only place I could see it working would be as the theme song to the ‘Unpluggered’ podcast. The fact that it’s been up since 9pm last night without a comment speaks volumes of its value. As they say in the classics... “don’t give up your da...

We do need a big KPB Willkie, and Battle are great but only 191cm and 193 cm what happens when they come up against teams with 2 guys around 200 cm we struggled late in the season when Carlisle was not there roberton is only 194cm so either we play Oscar and now to get some experience ,or we look a...

Some are reporting now that we are leading the race for Crouch. If this is true and we get as a free agent, and a reasonable contract with protection from injury in there that it doesn't blow out, then yes. Not best user but does know how to find the ball. Probably see the end of Dunstan if happene...
