RTB should get off his high coach's box and be a ground-level coach, geeing on his team and giving players immediate feedback and instructions.

We managed to keep Sicily down to 26 possessions and thus beat the Hawks who I noticed ended the season 16th on the ladder.

He didn't beat us, the second time around.

Anyway, I think our current coaches will do just fine ... we just need to get all the other areas right.
