Is there a Full Forward in the building?

So with Gehrig gone and Kosi looking lost in the goal square what are our options in this position? At the moment we have a midfiled that cannot kick goals and a forward line that just about scrapes enough goals together. If we are relying on crumbers to kick 5 every week we are in trouble. We need ...

Can someone explain where this notion that Kosi is a good ruckman came from?
Sue he's servicable but I'm yet to see him have a decent game in that position.

Raph must have the same opinion of his game as some of the more deluded posters here. He backs himself to shrug every tackle or weave out of trouble - yet I've never seen him do either. Oppostiton coaches should simply instruct their players to kick it to him, he's sure to cough it up for a free or ...

Geelong is like a time warp its still 1986 over ther !!! So things have progressed since I was last there then. Visiting Geelong is like being in an episode of Life On Mars (top BBC show. watch) "My name is Sam Tyler I was in a car crash and woke up in 1973. Am I back in time, in a coma or am ...

Re: He who concentrates most, wins. StK v PA

Bakes will be a very good addition...CJ stiff to go out.  I don't know where this idea keeps coming from, he's a 'ball magnet' with bad skills. I understand the bad skills part, and i understand he does a lot of 1%'s, puts pressure on opponents, but fundamentally so far he's had: 9 P...

Essendon do not want to press this issue because I don't think baldly stating facts can be considered abuse. It's been proven in court that he does exactly what was alledged.

It staggers me every year how the media rubbish team after four or five games. Gary Lyon was very quick to tell everyone how good Geelong were and would win the flag - but this was round 2 2006, when they didn't make finals. He also rubbished them after round 4 last year. In the EPL no one even both...

After the game at Spencer Street station, a connex bloke said someone had climbed up a tower related to the trains somewhere in the Jolimont vercinity, and that caused the negoiations. What pisses me off most about this is that Telstra Dome obviously knew about the situation, or should have, prior ...

It's a shame all our players don't read "big" articles about St.Kilda......not sure if there is a team protocal about media stuff, or if it's just up to the individual? Why? In the long run I'm sure they could be just as distacted as revved up by them. These are professional athletes tryi...

Someone died on the tracks between Richmond and Flinders St apparently. I left Windsor at 6 15 and finally got to my seat on the siren for quarter time, at 8 10. That included a walk to the dome from Flinders St cos there were no trains going anywhere.

Ball's best game for a long time. Kicked a couple from 40 out and looked a lot more confident in his body. Loved his shepherding.

The only speed that matters is the speed it takes the brain to assess the options, pick the correct one and then drop the ball on the boot Exactly. Geelong are actually not a quick side in terms of leg speed, they just look quick because their decision making, skills and positioning are honed. Will...

Agreed but the point I'm trying to make is that we are actually getting into scoring positions thus we are not as far away as people are thinking. I'd be a hell of alot more worried if we weren't creating chances. Greater accuracy at goal also aleviates pressure all around the ground. Yes Geelong ar...

Hello people, long term browser first time poster. I cannot believe how we are all turning into Richmond and eating our own after round 4. Sure we have been poor the last few weeks but I feel it's our accuracy in front of goal that's been our major undoing. Kick a good amount of the gettable goals a...
