I'm all for list changes,especially as the team has been steadily going backwards the last couple of years,all i hope is that they get the recruiting balance right between experience and youth...... Some of those great Geelong VFL performers do not cut it at AFL level though.

Playfair and Gardiner are 2 that come to mind and there are others,they both had a chance at AFL and were found wanting....
