Journalist's Shame File

Hi Folks, As a long-time Saints supporter and member I've been following the events of the off-season reasonably closely. Something that has really p*%#ed me off is the inability or unwillingness of so many in the media to check facts and to promote hearsay. As has been noted in many places on this ...

FWIW, not "moments", but the inability to win centre clearances:

I'm no expert, but to me this seems to be the core problem. Lack of centre clearances means that we're always defending. If we win the clearances and get the ball into the 50 quickly Milne and Roo can take advantage. Others on the forum have said that we need to recruit pace (which I agree with) but...

Maybe I'm wrong but I think he said "they deserved it" (referring to Collingwood) not "we deserved it". Interesting?

My point was not to hang players like Milne who rely on supply from the midfield.

Before the Knives Come Out Can We Have Some Stats Please...

Before the performances of players are judged, can we have some stats please.

Before someone like Milne's performance is judged I want to know how many inside 50's there were - how many opportunities did he have?

I noticed that the California Club has a few Saints flags flying (as I drove past of course  ). Also, on Punt road (near Commercial Road I think) I saw two adjoining terrace houses - one had a big Saints flag flying, while the one next door had the Collingwood flag flying! Reminded me of when ...

Yep. Have to agree. Very disappointing where I was sitting up on Level 3. Some "supporters" clearly have no idea. The rubbish they came out with when we were trying to switch and go around the PA zone was amazing! And at the end of the game when we slowed it down their comments were just p...

Which Bay to Sit In On Level Three?

Hi,

I know for home games Saints supporters congregate around bays 32 - 36 on level 3 (I can't remember the actual bay number, I just follow the signs!).

Where (on level 3) will Saints supporters be gathering for tomorrow night's game?

Round 17 Ticketing

I'm a 16-game Saints member. Just wondering about tickets for round 17 against the Hawks. What sort of crowd is expected? Will it be necessary to reserve a seat?

According to the website the cheapest option is $35 - is that right? Seems a bit expensive.
