I remember when there used to be only 40-50 at training only 40 of 50? haha thats heaps compared to some training sessions I get to. great effort by everyone to get down there though, I was a bit young to remember it, but we got people to park on our lawn too claystreet :) wish I could have made it...

could be that, could be that the weather was fairly nice today and a few weeks ago it was pretty cold....

Rooey, Blake, Mini and Gards mainly did running. King wasn't out there but was on one of the bikes upstairs. Everyone else seemed to be there doing the drills, lots of drills, similar to the last few weeks when I have gone. medium intensity stuff i'd say.
