Yeah, this was one of the few times when I actuallly felt sorry for an opposition team.
Gotta admit the victory felt a little hollow, but I'll take it over a loss.

If Jack Riewoldt or the other rookie (who hit the post) converted, there'd be a few fans dressing in saffari suits for some Lyon hunting.

yeah, I thought they battled extremely well whent he pressure was really on. Just Max has been able to contain Richo for pretty everytime they have played on each other.

Was Richo's performance enhanced?

No, I'm not going to say that he looks like he's on the juice  and I won't take anything away from him in that he's playing great footy, but he would have been pretty stoked to have gone out there tonight and not seen a bloke wearing the number 8 jumper for the Saints. How would most of you say...

Has yet to really prove himself in that position except for an exceptional few games two years ago. Don't forget last year at Subi. 6 goals, if I remember correctly. The problem is that he hasn't been given a chance to settle into any permanent position. After a couple of games playing most of the ...

It would Definitely make the final cut in the R.Harvey career highlights reel. Superb!
And what great value he's proved to be, even though there were serious doubts by some that he no longer "has what it takes" of the experts over the course of the NAB Cup :D

The Grizzly Adams beard has to go for starters. And if he can't get it together after that, then I reckon he can hang up his boots and go with some dignity.

This is definitely a danger game as Richmond are proving that they're starting to be pretty competetive.

I'm not into having the team whipping boy mentality. JB has been a good contributer to the club over the past 5 or so years. Sure he doesn't have the most silky smooth skills, but has come in handy when we've lacked height.

Good luck to him in the 2's. Hope he gets another chance to prove himself.

You have a good point. It's good PR for them to put the effort into signing autographs for young fans etc... At least he did sign a couple. I remember when I was about 8 years old running on to the ground (when fans were allowed to) after the game and approaching Plugger to autograph my footy and I ...

Pretty rough treatment by the Smelstra Dome people. As a few mentioned before, they have a perfect right to perform and aren't doing any harm, even if they play the club song ad nauseum and won't be a little more creative. Perhaps I should check out their cd to get a better appreciation for them. I ...
