Arie Schoenmaker to debut?

I guess he’ll be Mason Wood’s temporary replacement. Apparently he played a rip snorter for Sandy.

I also like the idea of Collard to fill in for Liam Henry.

Re: Umpires

Filth supporters have been crying their eyes out blaming the umpires for their loss since Thursday night. Not sure when we’ll hear the end of it. Sorest losers! Gee coming in at 2 for zilch you might think they'd already be all teared out. It's mean, but I enjoy it when they sob. Then swear. It’s n...

Re: Three crucial blown calls by maggot #4

Are you wrong? Yes. Free to Danger was contact below the knee. It was a shocker but he kicked a point. Free against Bonner was harsh. But Henry put it out on the full. I assume the holding the ball was near the boundary. It could have been paid but no prior and Steele knocked it out of his hands. I...

Three crucial blown calls by maggot #4

All of them in the final quarter, which resulted in goals to the window-winders  Free kick to Dangerfield for “in danger” against Liam Stocker (who even got injured in the process); the one against Bonner for deliberate rushed behind and that missed holding the ball was absolute hotseshit that...

He will have that to remember for the rest of his life A first game is quite often a player’s worst game. I don’t think he’ll be bemoaning it too much. He’ll be cherishing the part where he first got brought into the game and - no doubt - experienced the goosebumps on the back of his neck after fir...

Jake from Saints TV on The Today Show

I think Jake has been a pretty good online ambassador for our supporters over the last 5 or so years. In recent times, Saints TV has been going from strength to strength and is now even garnering some mainstream media attention. In his interview this morning on Channel 9, I thought Jake articulated ...

Mitch Cleary has reported that Sinker has an ongoing calf issue and will miss the 2 preseason practice matches. Let’s hope the rest will do him good and he’ll be back in time for our Round 1 clash down in Sleepy Hollow 🤞🤞

Are we still keen on Ben King?

Yet another injury setback for him. We used to be annoyed with the pesky GCS renewing his contract to stay up North, but perhaps it was for the better. I think the only game I saw him play last year was the one against us and he looked really ordinary that day. I’d hate to know what we’d have to giv...

It was sad to hear this morning about the passing of Trevor Barker’s mother Norma. She played a fine innings and almost made it to three figures.

Rest easy, Norma. Condolences to the Barker family and friends

I personally have a lot more confidence now that we have RTB I reckon he told the board he wanted lethers gone. What Ross wants Ross gets This is his third stint. He wants success at all costs and so do I Fanboy Yeah, Lethlean has had a fair crack at revamping his career courtesy of St.K.F.C., anyw...

So, Cummins says, “change the date!” for Invasion Day and all the right-wingers suddenly rally against the Australian cricket team. Pathetic!

People underestimate how much of a workaholic Ross is plus he is very intelligent. So effective immediately means sacked. The Board has stepped in. Seems like Leathers has f***ed up. Re: Apart from the Saints, every Victorian team has a blockbuster......

We'd be better off switching a couple more home games to the MCG. Good experience for the players and not disruptive to supporters. Getting big crowds at the G would create more of a buzz, especially if we're on the rise Absolutely! Only getting 2 games per home and away season at the G is ridiculo...

Granted, the ANZAC Day match in NZ is far, far more ideal than playing in China or Cairns. I’d be fine with it, if it was to return as a regular fixture.
