Yes, but it was a real hoot sitting among Saints members last night, and I want her to get the vibe :)

Bar code

Hi Everyone

I'd be eternally grateful if one kind soul who can't make it to the Hawthorn game could give me their barcode by PM.

Trying to convert my wife of 3 months, so it's in a good cause.

Cheers

Superboot.

Fode was a very handy forward who we insisted in playing at half back.

He didn't have a chance to consolidate as a forward.

I watched the 1997 Grand Final in a pub in south Yorkshire at about 5.00am. At the end of the game I walked out into the street and it was almost as if the whole thing had never happened. No-one I saw that day had even heard of St Kilda, unless they'd been for a very wet and windy holiday off the c...

This is not wise after the event.

A number of us were stunned by Birss' omission.

He's clearly the best of the fringe players.

We don't have the luxury at the bottom end of finessing with tactical selections. Just play him every time.

I think it was in the last Q, Gardiner coming out from the goal square on a lead with Harley hanging off him like he was trying to waterski. Umpires decision: Holding AGAINST Gardiner. Had a very clear view of that one from M9. I am normally calm but it had me out of my seat going berserk. It was a...

To beat Geelong you need everything going for you and it has to be said that very little coming from the umpires went our way, especially in the first half.

We might otherwise have been four goals closer, but that still adds up to a bad loss.

We have next to no forward structure on a good day.

None whatsoever on a bad day.

Midfielders run through the middle look up, and what do they see?

Well who knows, but it certainly isn't movement.

No wonder decision making and disposal are poor.

Roo will kick straight and leave us all completely gobsmacked.

Milne will turn it on for the big occasion.

Got mine now. M9 Row Y I figured out the on-line problem I had. When I go into the order confirmation page the cursor for the post code is already four spaces in and you can't type it in. It still won't work if you back space and type it in. The only way I could get it to work was to ignore the post...

Anyone tried doing it on-line?

I had a good seat lined up, and tried to go to the final page and the link seems to be problematic. Told me the page didn't exist.

Same thing happened for the Essendon game and from a different computer.

Chapman is also important.

We can beat them but if we do we'll need to beat them again to win the Premiership.

They're not going to lose twice in three weeks.

I've said this elsewhere, but if you go for Premium seats and they are offering us those sections in M level behind the goals, take it from me they are shocking seats. You'd be much better off with Prime and sitting closer to the fence.

5 v 8 OK This is the anomaly with the current system! If 8th beat 5th, then they get a better position than the winner of 6th and 7th. It should be fixtured each week dependant upon the rankings, not decided as a fixed path at the start of the finals series, which is what it currently does. If 5th ...

This may be one of those false memory things, but I've always thought that the 4 teams we beat in the 2004 Wizard Cup were the same 4 teams we beat in Rnds 1-4 of the season proper (not in the same order though)

Depends how you look at it.

There were probably 33,000 Saints fans there. I'm not sure how many more than that we can expect.

Just a couple of comments. His disposal of the ball although still poor has improved 3000% compared with what is was like when he first came into the team. Back then he was quick but offered nothing else. He made you wonder how a player who could neither kick nor handpass could become an AFL player....
